Andrew is the founder of CMH Risk Partners, and has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years working with business owners in the Tampa Bay Area. His vision was to start an independent insurance agency putting customers first, and to create an environment of success for both customers and employees.

When not helping others meet their personal and professional goals, he can be found playing guitar at church, fishing, coaching T-ball or spending time with family and friends. Andrew is a fan of all things Minnesota, including the Vikings, Twins, Lake Life and "Hotdish". 

He has been married to Heidi 14 years, and they have 3 children, 11, 10 and 5. Andrew grew up in Minnesota, met Heidi at Clearwater Christian College and set down roots in Tampa soon after graduation.
